Does This Sound Familiar? You're Not Alone

You may be dealing with adult ADHD if:

✔ You know what you need to do but can't get yourself to start or follow-through

✔ You procrastinate until the pressure becomes overwhelming, then rush to catch up

✔ You end the day feeling frustrated, anxious, or disappointed in how little you got done

✔ You cycle between motivation and burnout, never able to stay consistent

✔ You feel like you're underperforming compared to what you know you're capable of

If this feels uncomfortably accurate, there's a reason for it.

These patterns are incredibly common in adults with ADHD and they're often misunderstood for years.

Maybe you’ve tried medication before—but it didn’t feel quite right.

Or maybe you’ve never gotten clear answers—and you’re tired of guessing.

On the outside, you might look like you're doing fine.

But internally feel overwhelmed, unfocused, or mentally exhausted

The good news is: once you understand what's actually driving this, things can start to change and much faster than you might expect.

You don’t have to keep living like this.

Meet Your Provider

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in adult ADHD, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation.

A large part of my work is helping adults who have spent years feeling inconsistent, overwhelmed, or like they’re “not living up to their potential”, even when they’re intelligent, capable, and highly motivated.

ADHD in adults often doesn’t look like hyperactivity. It shows up as procrastination cycles, burnout, difficulty starting or finishing tasks, emotional reactivity, and chronic overwhelm. My focus is helping you understand those patterns clearly so we can treat what’s actually driving them.

My approach is evidence-based and practical. I use a combination of psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and targeted behavioral strategies to help improve focus, emotional regulation, and day-to-day functioning.

The goal isn’t just symptom reduction, it’s helping you feel more consistent, capable, and in control of your life.
